Dear J6ers and Family, advocates,
We are pretty excited about the coming retreat on the weekend of the 4th of July.
I would like you to send me the confirmation that would will be attending the retreat as we really need a headcount in order to plan for food in particular and other needs.
A few of you will need to confirm that you are coming with an RV. We have a few family size tents and couple of 2-3 man tents available. The venue provides unlimited tent camping. 60 acres of freedom.
If you need a scholarship, please explain your need. We are sorry but we cannot help with
Also if you need an hotel we would encourage you to make your reservation now as this is a busy weekend. Hotel cost is no provided by our LLC.
I will send the venue information to those who confirm their attendance.
Breakfast for 7/4, 7/5, and 7/6 and dinner for 7/4 and 7/5 will be provided by J6TruthandLight foundation. Please confirm if you signed up to prepare meals.
If you are coming on the 4th, please let us know if it will be morning or evening.
If you like to play board games or other games please bring them.
We are looking forward to having you at this special annual event where J6ers, families of J6ers, and advocates will be attending.
We are hoping to be able to give J6ers and advocates a T-Shirt but we are not sure we will have the necessary funds. However if you wanted to pay for one we will try and get this done.
